Air Companies Rip Off Baggage Fees Can Be Avoided by Taking a UK Family Holiday
Why is that holidays can be such a nightmare. It is unbelievable how many things have to be organised and sorted out. This year I was planning to travel to The Canaries. Trying to locate a villa in a nice area has been quite a task. Then once I had chosen my villa, trying to co-ordinate flights for the right time was a bit of a job. I’m sure I am not alone in thinking how much flights have gone up The price advertised isn’t always the final figure you end up paying, then you have to add on luggage charges, meals, seats together and whatever else they throw at you.
Although it had taken a few days, I at last had everything co-ordinated and was about to get everything booked when I received a phone call from my other half saying I couldn’t book anything because he couldn’t get the time off work. I give up, no truly I have given up and have decided that I am going to take the stress out of it all and take a look at UK family holidays. By choosing this sort of holiday it doesn’t matter about when we decide to travel.
Of course my daughter is in her element as she thinks it’s going to be great. She has already started looking at things we can all do and the UK Activity Holidays websites have been pulled up on the computer. She has already found a few locations in Wales that she thinks we would all like. It’s surprising how many different activities we can have a go at. To begin she has already sorted out a spot of abseiling, then I think she fancies both surfing and climbing. Unfortunately it would seem that my week of sunbathing is well out of the window and I am going to be rather busy.
By the sounds of it in fact, I will be so busy that I am going to have to think about having a look at UK short breaks on my return. Well I’m not used to much more exercise than tipping my gin and tonic glass up and down and popping into the pool for an occassional dip.
